Simpson Thacher represented JPMorgan as lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with a new $1.7 billion revolving credit facility for Air Lease Corporation, which replaces the company’s prior $1.1 billion facility.
Launched in 2010, Air Lease Corporation is engaged in the business of leasing commercial aircraft to its airline partners worldwide through customized aircraft leasing and financing solutions.
