The Firm represented Construtora Andrade Gutierrez S.A. in the offering of $500 million Senior Notes due 2018. The notes were offered to qualified institutional buyers in the United States under Rule 144A and to non-U.S. persons under Regulation S. The notes were issued by Andrade Gutierrez International S.A., a Luxembourg subsidiary of Andrade Gutierrez and were guaranteed by Construtora Andrade Gutierrez S.A. The offering represented Construtora Andrade Gutierrez S.A.’s inaugural debt offering in the international capital markets. Construtora Andrade Gutierrez S.A. is one of the largest companies in the engineering and heavy construction sector in Latin America and the second largest in Brazil, in terms of net revenue. With over 65 years of operations in 34 countries in four different continents, it is the core business of the Andrade Gutierrez Group, a leading and traditional conglomerate in Latin America.
