Simpson Thacher Litigation Partner David Ichel will speak at PLI’s Pretrial Practice 2013 Seminar on May 20^th in New York. Mr. Ichel will speak on the panel about depositions, and will address how to fast track discovery, what depositions to take, which witnesses to represent, what questions to ask, time limits and what potential witnesses may a lawyer contact before a deposition.
