On April 19, the New York office hosted 26 high school freshmen and sophomores from the Bronx High School for Law and Community Service as part of the Firm’s Urban Education Initiative. The students took part in a workshop on resume writing and interviewing skills and learned about different jobs within a law firm. Sixteen Simpson Thacher staff members and attorneys participated in this program, which was organized by Sabrina Carreras, our UEI Coordinator, and Christopher M. Garcia, Senior Real Estate Paralegal. Corporate partner S. Todd Crider gave welcoming remarks to the students.
