Simpson Thacher Represents CORPESCA in its Acquisition of 60% of the Shares of Sementes Selecta
The Firm recently represented CORPESCA S.A. in connection with its acquisition of 60% of the shares of Sementes Selecta Ltda. The transaction is valued at $60 million. CORPESCA is the largest fishmeal and fish oil producer in Chile and supplies its products to customers worldwide. Sementes Selecta, a Brazilian company, focuses mainly on the commercialization and industrialization of soy.
