Simpson Thacher litigation partner Jonathan K. Youngwood will co-chair and litigation partner Paul C. Gluckow will speak at Practising Law Institute’s "Handling a Securities Case 2013: From Investigation to Trial and Everything in Between" program on April 25, 2013 in New York. The program provides an overview of the constantly evolving and changing landscape of securities litigation.
Mr. Youngwood will participate on three panels: "Commencement of a Civil Action: Filing the Complaint, Preparing the Motion to Dismiss, Coordinating Multiple Actions" (Moderator); "Ethical Issues in Complex Securities Litigation" (Moderator); and "Seeking Resolution: Strategies in Mediation and Settlement" (Panelist). Mr. Gluckow will speak on the panel entitled “Ethical Issues in Complex Securities Litigation."
