The twenty-fifth annual Tulane Corporate Law Institute will be held March 21 – March 22, 2013 in New Orleans. The Institute has been called “the equivalent of Davos for the rainmaker crowd” by The New York Times and “the most important gathering of its kind” by Corporate Control Alert. Mr. Spatt is the Co-Chairman Emeritus of the Institute and will speak on the panel entitled “M&A in 2013.” In addition, Mr. Spatt has once again updated for the Institute the oft-cited article on deal jumping, “The Four Ring Circus – Round Seventeen; A Further Updated View of the Mating Dance Among Announced Merger Partners and an Unsolicited Second or Third Bidder.”
