Lee Meyerson, Stacie McGinn and Mark Chorazak Discuss Bank Liquidity Requirements in The Banking Law Journal
Simpson Thacher corporate partners Lee Meyerson and Stacie McGinn and corporate associate Mark Chorazak published an article in the March 2013 edition of The Banking Law Journal, titled “Basel Oversight Committee Endorses Revised Liquidity Standards and Extends Fully Phased-In Compliance to 2019.” The article discusses the Basel Committee's recent endorsement of a revised formulation of the new minimum liquidity standard, known as the liquidity coverage ratio, one of two quantitative liquidity measures approved in December 2010 as part of Basel III.
