Simpson Thacher represented Fondo Mivivenda S.A. in connection with its inaugural offering of US$500,000,000 3.50% Notes due 2023. The transaction was consummated pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S.
Fondo Mivivenda is a for-profit development institution owned by the Peruvian government that focuses on promoting mortgage loan financing for working lower- and middle-income families in Peru. The proceeds from the offering will be used to expand loan originations.
