The Firm represented BrasilAgro – Companhia Brasileira de Propriedades Agrícolas (BrasilAgro) in connection with its listing of American depositary receipts (ADRs) on the New York Stock Exchange. The ADRs are listed under the ticker symbol “LND” and began trading on November 8, 2012.
BrasilAgro is an agricultural land developer and one of the largest owners and operators of farmland in Brazil.
