The Firm is representing affiliates of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co ("KKR"), in connection with its acquisition of land to develop a high quality, permanent residential community in Williston, North Dakota. The project, The Ridge at Harvest Hills, is a joint venture with Pfeffer Capital and CP Realty and includes 164 acres of land overlooking the city of Williston. The project will support development of up to 330 apartments and other amenities plus completion of lots for construction of 500 single family, townhome and duplex homes. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
