Simpson Thacher corporate partner Lee A. Meyerson will co-chair and bank regulatory partner Stacie E. McGinn will speak at Practising Law Institute’s “Banking Law Institute 2012” program on December 5, 2012 in New York City. The program will provide a comprehensive overview of the evolving regulatory framework for financial firms, while providing insights into the future direction and challenges of the new legal and regulatory environment. Significant operational and compliance issues facing industry participants and regulators will also be discussed.
