The Firm represented Stork Technical Services HOLDCO B.V. in connection with its offering of €272.5 million of 11.0% senior secured notes due 2017 and its €100 million super senior revolving credit facility.
Stork Technical Services provides asset integrity services to the oil and gas, chemical and refining, and power industries. These services include long-term maintenance services, consultancy, project management, stop and turnaround management, inspection and repair services, subsea services, equipment overhaul and asset management, relocation and decommissioning services.
