The Firm is representing Accenture in connection with its announced acquisition of Octagon Research Solutions, Inc. (“Octagon”). Octagon is a privately held company that provides clinical and regulatory information management solutions and software for the pharmaceutical industry. The transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to close later this year.
