Simpson Thacher corporate partner Alan Klein will Chair the International Bar Association's 11th Annual International Mergers and Acquisitions Conference in New York City on June 13 and 14, 2012, which will have over 300 participants from around the world. Antitrust partner Kevin Arquit will moderate a panel which will address current issues in global antitrust law in the context of M&A transactions. Other speakers and commentators at the Conference include the Honorable Myron T. Steele, Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court, and the Honorable Leo E.
