Neuner will speak on a panel at Practising Law Institute’s “Delaware Law Developments 2012: What All Business Lawyers Need to Know” program on June 12, 2012 in New York City. The panel entitled “He Did What?! He Said What?! Ethical Issues in Representing Representative Clients” will discuss the challenges counsel face when representing or opposing representative clients and issues that arise in depositions, whether or not the witness is a representative plaintiff.
