The Firm recently represented AllianceBernstein LP in the establishment of its first private equity real estate fund, AllianceBernstein U.S. Real Estate Partners LP, which raised $680 million of capital commitments. The fund plans to primarily use the capital for borrowers looking to restructure and recapitalize distressed assets in the U.S. market.
