The Firm recently represented NXP Semiconductors N.V. (“NXP”) in connection with a new USD 475 million Senior Secured Term Loan Facility. The joint-lead arrangers and joint bookrunners on the transaction were Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. and BofA Merrill Lynch. The proceeds of the new Senior Secured Term Loan Facility were used to redeem NXP's outstanding Euro-denominated 8 5/8% Senior Notes due October 2015 and USD denominated 9 1/2% Senior Notes due October 2015.
