On March 2, the New York office hosted 13 high school students from Banana Kelly Collaborative High School as part of the Firm’s Urban Education Initiative. The students learned about different jobs within a law firm, the requirements for various careers, as well as interviewing skills. Twenty-six Simpson Thacher staff members and attorneys participated in this program, which was coordinated by Litigation associate Whytne J. V. Brooks, Assistant Sabrina Carreras, Continuing Legal Education Coordinator Debbie Lewis-Cobb, and Corporate paralegal Alexandra Grossbaum. Litigation Partner Bryce L. Friedman gave welcoming remarks to the students.
