Litigation partner Mary Kay Vyskocil will co-chair the 2011 Fall Conference and Annual Meeting of ARIAS•U.S., an influential non-profit organization that focuses on improving the insurance and reinsurance arbitration process for the international and domestic markets. The conference, entitled “An Industry Task Force on How Companies Can Use Improved Arbitration Procedures for Future Disputes Arising Under Older Contracts,” will take place at the New York Hilton November 3-4, 2011.  Mary Kay will introduce the keynote speaker, Hon. John S. Martin, former U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of New York, at 9 am on Thursday, November 3rd and will also moderate the Reinsurance Case Law Update panel at 11:30 am on Friday, November 4th.
 

Mary Kay is President Elect of ARIAS•U.S. and also the chair of the ARIAS•U.S. Education Committee and the International Committee and has been a member of the ARIAS•U.S. Board for the past four years.
