The Firm is representing The Blackstone Group in connection with an agreement by an affiliate of its private funds to acquire Antares Restaurant Group. Headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand, Antares Restaurant Group has the exclusive franchise development rights for the Burger King® brand in New Zealand and operates 75 Burger King® restaurants throughout the country.
