The Firm represented Ensogo Holdings Limited, a company operating daily deal websites in Thailand (www.ensogo.com), the Philippines (www.ensogo.com.ph) and Indonesia (www.dealkeren.com), in connection with its acquisition by LivingSocial. The parties closed the transaction on June 21, 2011.
The matter was handled by counsel in the Firm’s New York office, including Ed Chung and Jim Thompson (M&A), Lori Lesser, Meryl Rosen and Parijat Sharma (Intellectual Property) and Jonathan Talansky (Tax).
