The Firm recently represented Goldman Sachs International in connection with the offering of 6,700,000 Global Depositary Shares of Catcher Technology Co., Ltd. (“Catcher”) for aggregate proceeds of approximately $217.3 million pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S. Based in Taiwan, Catcher is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of metal alloy casings and components for use in a variety of computing, communications and consumer electronics.
