The Firm is serving as antitrust counsel to Admeld, an online display advertising technology company that helps online publishers maximize revenues from the sale of online advertising inventory, in connection with its proposed acquisition by Google. The parties announced the transaction on June 13, 2011. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
The matter is being handled by antitrust counsel in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office, including Peter Thomas, Gabriel Rottman and Diana Wielocha.
