Simpson Thacher corporate partner Alan Klein will Chair the International Bar Association's 10th Annual International Mergers and Acquisitions Conference in New York City on June 15 and 16, 2011, which will have over 300 participants from around the world. Litigation partner Mark Stein will moderate a panel which will address new areas of M&A diligence such as the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Anti Bribery Act. Other speakers and commentators at the Conference include the Honorable Myron T. Steele, Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court, and the Honorable J.
