The Firm represented the underwriters led by Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C. in connection with a follow-on offering on the New York Stock Exchange of American depositary shares of Youku.com Inc. (“Youku”), a leading Internet television company based in China.  The offering by Youku and certain selling shareholders of an aggregate of 12,310,000 American depositary shares, representing 221,580,000 Class A ordinary shares (before the exercise of the over-allotment option), raised an aggregate of US$593.1 million. The American depositary shares of Youku are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “YOKU”.

The Firm previously represented the underwriters led by Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C. in connection with the initial public offering of the American depositary shares of Youku which closed on December 13, 2010.
