Morgan, Evercore Partners and Oppenheimer & Co. in connection with Alaska Communications Systems Group, Inc.’s offering of $120 million aggregate principal amount of 6.25% Convertible Notes due 2018. The notes were offered only to qualified institutional buyers in reliance on Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
