Simpson Thacher is representing J.P. Morgan Securities as financial advisor to Kendle International Inc. in its sale to INC Research, LLC. The all-cash transaction has an equity value of approximately $232 million and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2011.
Kendle is a Nasdaq-traded leading global clinical research organization providing the full range of early- to late-stage clinical development services for the world’s biopharmaceutical industry. INC Research is a therapeutically focused global contract research organization privately held by Avista Capital Partners and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.
