Simpson Thacher recently represented J.P. Morgan, as administrative agent and joint lead arranger, in connection with $2.6 billion of senior secured credit facilities for Delta Air Lines, Inc. (“Delta”). Proceeds of the credit facilities were used to refinance certain of Delta’s existing credit facilities and will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes going forward.
