Simpson Thacher represented J.P. Morgan, as administrative agent and lead arranger, in connection with $460 million of senior secured credit facilities for BELFOR USA Group Inc., BELFOR Europe GmbH and BELFOR (Canada) Inc., each a subsidiary of BELFOR Holdings Inc. (“Belfor”). Proceeds from the loans were used to refinance Belfor’s existing credit facilities and finance working capital needs and general corporate purposes.
Belfor is the leading global property restoration and repair company, focusing on fire, water and storm damage of all kinds, with offices spanning 30 countries.
