The Firm represented the underwriters led by UBS AG and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. in connection with the initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange of American depositary shares of Qihoo 360 Technology Co. Ltd. (“Qihoo”), the No. 3 Internet company in China and a leading Internet and mobile security product provider. The offering of 13,927,420 American depositary shares, representing 20,891,130 Class A ordinary shares (including the full exercise of the over-allotment option), raised US$201.9 million. The American depositary shares of Qihoo are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “QIHU”.
