The Firm represented Blackstone Real Estate Partners in connection with its acquisition and financing of the Chiswick Park office campus in west London for £480 million (approximately $780 million). The sellers were a syndicate managed by Schroders. Senior financing was arranged by Deutsche Bank in what is expected to be the first European real estate securitization since the downturn. Mezzanine financing was provided by GIC.
