Simpson Thacher exempt organizations counsel Jennifer I. Reynoso and associate Jillian P. Diamant participated in the New York County Lawyers’ Association CLE program entitled "The New York Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act: What Non-Profits Need to Know" on February 17, 2011. Ms. Reynoso and Ms. Diamant discussed the need for the new New York law, the uniform statute upon which the law is based and how it will affect the actions of non-profits going forward.
