Simpson Thacher Represents Seagate Technology in $350 Million Senior Secured Revolving Credit Facility

Simpson Thacher recently represented Seagate Technology Public Limited Company (“Seagate Technology”) in connection with $350 million senior secured revolving credit facility for Seagate HDD Cayman, guaranteed by Seagate Technology and certain of its material subsidiaries.

The Bank of Nova Scotia acted as administrative agent, arranger and joint book runner, Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and BNP Paribas acted as syndication agents, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association acted as documentation agent and Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and BNP Paribas Securities Corp. acted as joint bookrunners of the credit facility.
