Simpson Thacher represented Energy Capital Partners and its subsidiary EquiPower Resources Holdings LLC, in connection with the acquisition of Milford Power Company, LLC and Milford Holdings Corporation (together, Milford Power) from Milford Holdings, LLC.
Milford Power owns a 548 MW combined cycle gas turbine power plant commissioned in 2004 and located in Milford, CT.
