The Firm represented Royal Bank of Canada (“RBC”) as administrative agent, sole arranger and bookrunner, in connection with $250 million senior secured term and revolving credit facilities for Earthbound Holdings III, LLC (“Earthbound”).
Earthbound is a leading provider of organic produce in the United States, with a network of growers who control over 30,000 crop acres of premier organic farmland in Arizona and California.
