The Firm represented the underwriters, led by Goldman Sachs and Barclays Capital, in connection with the follow-on offering of American depositary shares by Camelot Information Systems Inc. (“Camelot”), a leading domestic provider of enterprise application services and financial industry IT services in China.
The offering of 8,234,236 American depositary shares, representing 32,936,944 ordinary shares, by Camelot and certain selling shareholders raised an aggregate of US$160.6 million. Camelot’s American depositary shares are listed and traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “CIS”. Camelot completed its initial public offering of American depositary shares in July 2010, and the Firm also represented the underwriters on that transaction.
