On November 4, 2010, litigation partner Mary Kay Vyskocil was elected President Elect of ARIAS·U.S., an influential non-profit organization that focuses on improving the insurance and reinsurance arbitration process for the international and domestic markets.  For over fifteen years, ARIAS·U.S. has provided extensive programs on the reinsurance business and training on the skills needed to serve effectively on an insurance or reinsurance arbitration panel.  ARIAS·U.S. also provides education programs for and certifies insurance/reinsurance arbitrators.  Mary Kay is the chair of the ARIAS·U.S. Education Committee and the International Committee and has been a member of the ARIAS·U.S. Board for the past three years.  

Mary Kay’s election as President Elect of ARIAS·U.S. is a reflection of her extensive experience and reputation in the insurance and reinsurance field and her contributions to ARIAS·U.S.
