Simpson Thacher recently represented LPS Brasil – Consultoria de Imóveis S.A. in connection with offering of 4,800,000 primary common shares. The common shares were offered to the public in Brazil, to qualified institutional buyers in the United States under Rule 144A and to non-U.S. persons under Regulation S.
LPS Brasil – Consultoria de Imóveis S.A. is one of the largest providers of integrated real estate brokerage consulting and financing services in Brazil. LPS Brasil expects to use the proceeds from the offering for the acquisition of brokerage services companies, mainly in the secondary real estate market.
