The Firm represented the underwriters led by J.P. Morgan and Merrill Lynch in connection with the initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange of American depositary shares of Noah Holdings Limited (“Noah”), a leading wealth management services provider based in China. The offering of 9,660,000 American depositary shares, representing 4,830,000 ordinary shares (including the full exercise of the over-allotment option), raised US$115.9 million. The American depositary shares of Noah are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “NOAH”.
