Morgan Securities LLC, as initial purchasers, in connection with an offering of US$500 million of 3.75% Senior Notes due 2016. The notes were issued by Hyundai Capital America, a U.S. subsidiary of Hyundai Motor Company, and are guaranteed by Hyundai Motor Company. The offering was conducted in reliance upon Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933.
The Firm previously represented Barclays Bank PLC, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Goldman Sachs International, Merrill Lynch International and Nomura International plc, as initial purchasers, in an April 2010 offering of 4.50% Senior Notes due 2015 by Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech, also guaranteed by Hyundai Motor Company.
