The Firm recently represented BNP Paribas, BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs International and Morgan Stanley in a US$700,000,000 offering of 4.250% Notes due 2020 issued by POSCO. The offering was conducted in reliance upon Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
