Simpson Thacher represented J.P. Morgan as a lead arranger and administrative agent, in connection with a $470 million senior secured credit facility for Alaska Communications Systems Holdings, Inc. (“ACS”). Proceeds from the credit facility were used to refinance the company’s existing credit facility and repay other indebtedness.
Headquartered in Anchorage, ACS is Alaska’s leading provider of broadband and other wireline and wireless solutions to enterprise and mass market customers.
