Simpson Thacher recently represented A.T.U Auto-Teile-Unger Handels GmbH & Co. KG in connection with its private offering of €375 million aggregate principal amount of 11% Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes due 2014 and €75 million aggregate principal amount of Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2014. Simpson Thacher also represented A.T.U in connection with a new €30 million super senior revolving credit facility. A.T.U is a leading provider of automotive merchandise and repair services in the German automotive market.
