Simpson Thacher litigation partner Bruce D. Angiolillo will moderate a panel Practising Law Institute’s “Securities Regulation Institute“ on November 12, 2010. The panel, entitled “Managing and Resolving Private Securities Litigation,” will discuss how to evaluate and defend securities cases, statute of  limitations defense and Merck, F-cubed and other cross-border litigation issues after Morrison, corporate scienter and the “core operations” doctrine, turning the class certification motion to your advantage and settlement strategies and use of mediators.
