Firm Represents Trony Solar Holdings Company Limited in its Hong Kong IPO

The Hong Kong office of the Firm represented Trony Solar Holdings Company Limited ("Trony"), one of the world’s leading producers of thin film solar modules, in connection with its initial public offering in Hong Kong and Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of 442,750,000 ordinary shares.  Trony and its selling shareholders raised approximately HK$1.99 billion (approximately US$255.4 million) in gross proceeds, after the underwriters' exercise of the over-allotment option.  Trony's ordinary shares are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.  The joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the offering were J.P. Morgan, ICBC International and CLSA.
