Simpson Thacher government and investigations partner Peter H. Bresnan will speak at the American Bar Association’s “Fifth Annual National Institute on Securities Fraud” program on October 7, 2010 in New Orleans. Mr. Bresnan will speak on the panel entitled “SEC Enforcement Initiatives: A Study of the Goldman Case,” which will examine the tools and theory that the SEC Enforcement Division used in its action against Goldman Sachs.
