The Firm represented Automotive Investors LLC, an affiliate of The Blackstone Group L.P., and certain members of TRW Automotive Holdings Corp.’s (“TRW”) management in connection with a registered public offering of 8,000,000 shares of TRW’s common stock. Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated served as the sole underwriter for the offering. The gross proceeds from the offering were approximately $282.4 million.
TRW is among the world’s largest and most diversified suppliers of automotive systems, modules and components to global automotive original equipment manufacturers and related aftermarkets. Its common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “TRW”.
