The Firm represented the underwriters, led by Goldman Sachs and Barclays Capital, in connection with the initial public offering of American depositary shares by Camelot Information Systems Inc. (“Camelot”), a leading domestic provider of enterprise application services and financial industry IT services in China.
The offering of 13,333,334 American depositary shares, representing 53,333,336 ordinary shares, by Camelot and certain selling shareholders raised an aggregate of US$146.7 million. Camelot’s American depositary shares are listed and traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “CIS”.
