The Firm recently represented Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas and the other prepetition lenders in the successful reorganization of EnviroSolutions Real Property Holdings, Inc. and its affiliates. EnviroSolutions is a vertically-integrated solid waste collection, transfer, disposal and recycling company in the mid-Atlantic and northeast regions of the United States. Pursuant to a pre-negotiated plan of reorganization, which was confirmed by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on July 22, 2010, the prepetition lenders became owners of substantially all of the equity of the reorganized company and related warrants and received a new $85 million secured term loan. EnviroSolutions emerged from bankruptcy on July 28, 2010.
